WFP’s interactive videos support a wider suite of learning that is divided into three areas: the coaching role of HR professionals, recruitment and mastering performance. Designed through consultative workshops with stakeholders from across WFP, the experiential learning scenarios put learners in the position where they are making choices that influence how events unfold.
The branching scenarios are a great way for people to learn in an immersive, realistic way and test their decision making in a safe environment.
