A VR approach to first aid training for schools

Children with cardboard VR headsets enjoy VR experience.
St John Ambulance used Near-Life CREATOR VR to expand its delivery of first aid skills for schools, providing a safe space to practice life-saving skills.

Life-saving skills for schools

Moodle users, St John Ambulance developed VR learning experiences to help young people aged 11 – 17 years understand the skills needed to deal with a head injury: placing young people in realistic scenarios and giving them the opportunity to make real-life decisions, in real-time.

The VR scenario provides a digital learning option that provides flexibility in our approach to training high numbers of young people with life-saving skills.
