Near-Life CEO, Mike Todd, will explore how Bolton is helping to nurture the next generation of tech talent at the Regenerating Bolton’s Economy event on Tuesday, 28 June between 8am-10am at Parklands 1b, Bolton, BL6 4SD.
The event, in partnership with Orbit Developments, will hear directly from those who are redesigning and redefining the town.
Following the council’s funding bid in 2017, Bolton is estimated to secure more than £1bn in new investment to develop the town centre and surrounding areas to reinvigorate the local economy.
A panel of experts will explore what the opportunities are, the proposed developments for the immediate and surrounding areas, and discuss why Bolton is a great location to study, work and live.
Mike will be joining Gerry Brough, director of place development, Bolton Council; Karen Edwards, chief executive, Bolton Lads and Girls Club; Phil Foster, chief executive, Love Energy Savings; and Tony Jones, managing director, Orbit Developments on Tuesday’s panel.
